Ownership
An independent project by Felipe Caixeta and Rafael França. There is no incorporated company, no controlling company and no investor partner, and no third party takes part in directing the project.
Funding
None. No advertising, no sponsorship, no donations, no public funds and no contract with any organization covered. The cost is paid by the two people in charge. If that changes, the change is published on this page before the next piece goes live, with the amount and its origin.
Roles
Felipe Caixeta, independent journalist, editor-in-chief, is accountable for what is published.
Rafael França, developer, is accountable for the code and the infrastructure, including the automated research that looks for the primary documents. At launch, on September 29, 2026, the human approval of the published pieces was recorded under this name; each piece shows who approved it and when.
When the code influences what appears — the order of the radar, how headlines are trimmed, how topics are grouped —, the rule used is described in the methodology, so the technical choice can be held to account too.
Affiliations
Each of the two discloses their own affiliations here, in writing. While the field stays open, no piece is published about an organization with which either of the two has an undisclosed affiliation.

Recusal rule
Whoever has ties to a named organization does not select, write or review the piece about it. This applies to a current or recent tie, paid or not, direct or through a close relative. When a recusal occurs, the piece states who stepped aside and why; if the recusal reaches both people in charge, the piece is not published.
