We do not publish anyone's personal address and we do not ask for personal data from whoever writes in. The link to the piece and what needs to be corrected or answered is enough.

Right of reply

Outlets, organizations and people named may respond to any piece. The response is published in full, without editing its content, with the same prominence as the piece, within 48 business hours of receipt. We do not make publication conditional on our agreeing with what the response says.

Requesting a correction

Correction requests are reviewed within 48 business hours. If warranted, the correction goes to the top of the piece, with the date and a description of what was wrong, and is added to the corrections page. If not warranted, we respond with the document that supports the original text.

What helps with the request: the address of the piece, the exact passage that is wrong and, if available, the document that shows the error.
